How To Enroll:

The enrollment is handled through our call center, or a the self-serve link that can be found by logging in through the member benefits link on this website. 

•    Your voice recording will serve as your signature for membership and applications for insurance. 

•    Please review the full information in the booklet and/or with the agent. After you have reviewed the benefits and rates call our representative at        and they can answer your questions and assist in your enrollment.

•    A confirmation of your benefit elections, cost, effective date, and deduction start date will be mailed or emailed to you upon completion.
